  • $50 deposit at booking non-refundable deposit (

  • +$50 no-show fee (driver dispatched, client unreachable)

  • Remaining balance due after ride

  • Full deposit returned when the medical provider cancels (written proof)

Wait & Return

  • $125 non-refundable deposit

  • +$50 no-show fee (driver dispatched, client unreachable)

  • Remaining balance due after ride

  • Full deposit returned when the medical provider cancels (written proof)

Wheelchair Ride

  • $150 non-refundable deposit

  • +$50 no-show fee (driver dispatched, client unreachable)

  • Remaining balance due after ride

Rescheduling

  • You reschedule, and we have an opening; your deposit moves

  • ‍You reschedule, and we are booked; full deposit - no fee ‍
